International Dunhuang Project. Includes a database
for and descriptions about the manuscripts from Dunhuang, one of the most significant
finds in modern sinology.
National Palace Museum. Located in Taipei,
the foremost museum of Chinese art and history. Includes information about exhibits,
as well as downloadable screen savers.

site at the University of California, Berkeley. Includes links on learning Chinese

Study Mandarin Chinese Using VOA.

Chinese Language Software & Utilities
Chinese Macintosh Home. Hosted
by Yale University, a knowledge base for using Chinese (as well as other Asian
languages) on the Mac.
Microsoft
Windows 2000 Multilanguage Version. Information on Microsoft's best option
for Asian language support, Windows2000 Professional. (NB: This will likely
change with the release of OfficeXP and WindowsXP.)
NJStar. Downloadable software for using
Chinese, Japanese and Korean word processors and communicators. Plus, they're
very flexible with their demo policies.
PanALEX.
Information and download site for the only Chinese input environment available

All of the Chinese classics and dynastic histories in a searchable format. Endlessly
useful.

Etext Archive. Can't find your copy of Mencius? This site has standard
