Example CMS Blogs

Take a few minutes to explore these two blogs
that were used as course management systems in the classroom.

Daniel Walker, Ph.D. Candidate
Daniel Walker is a Ph.D. Candidate in the Spanish and Portuguese department of the University of Colorado at Boulder. He was also the first graduate student to complete ALTEC's Foreign Language Technology Program. After taking our workshop on blogging, Dan decided to substitute the university CMS with a blog. He has reported his experience and his students' enthusiastic responses in subsequent FLTP workshops and at SOCALLT.

Maggie McCullar, Ph.D. Candidate
Maggie McCullar a Ph.D. Candidate in the Spanish and Portuguese department of the University of Colorado at Boulder. She first implemented a blog as a CMS after seeing the demonstration given by Dan Walker.. Maggie has also completed the Foreign Language Technology Program, and has implemented many of the technologies she was introduced to in her classroom.
