ALTEC attendants are responsible for all customer service functions of ALTEC such as answering questions, checking materials in and out, providing lab support and technical help, answering the phone, and acting as cashiers when disks and tapes are sold. Attendants are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and a quiet study environment in all the labs. Attendants are stationed in the Multimedia Library (Hellems 157/159).
