In addition to providing technical assistance to teachers using the PC classroom, ALTEC attendants are stationed in, and responsible for, all customer service functions in both the Multimedia Library and Mac classroom.

  Duties include answering patron questions, checking materials in and out, providing support and technical help, answering the phone, acting as cashiers when items are sold and maintaining cleanliness and a quiet study environment in both spaces.
