Every academic year, ALTEC offers one grant to help sponsor a course re-design project.
Applicants must fill out and submit a proposal by March 1st of each academic year. Awarded funds vary with each proposal. This team-based project combines ALTEC's expertise in pedagogy and instructional technology and a faculty member's scholarly and/or pedagogical specialization. The redesigned course takes full advantage of the latest instructional technologies and provides a state-of the-art example of technology integration in the foreign language curriculum. This project offers a unique opportunity to increase ALTEC's collaboration with our foreign language departments while supporting excellence in teaching through technology integration.
The grant is open to faculty, instructors and lecturers.
